SAIT hosts and supports the vendor software, and maintains student academic records and university policies governing academic progress toward completion of a degree.

This includes supporting distribution of Student Information System (SIS) and other department data to campus, state and federal entities.

SAIT provides infrastructure, and supports analysis and development of operational, analytical and data visualization reports.

Backup and Recovery provides automatic and scheduled data backup for files and databases on servers managed by SAIT.

Firewall Administration service consists of activities and tools associated with configuring network firewalls and fulfilling change requests as required.

Networking provides UCLANET and Internet connection for desktop, laptop, or other network-capable devices.

Server Administration consists of activities, strategies, and tools associated with the setup of servers, monitoring server performance, and managing security, patch deployment, and file shares.

SAIT provides extensive support for operation of the campus Student Information System, including analysis for development of new features, job scheduling and production support.

SAIT supports all technical aspects of developing and hosting websites for departments, programs and committees as well as custom designed sites for campus-wide initiatives and campaigns.

Training for website editing, accessibility, and other best practices for publishing websites.

SAIT provides a check-in system that helps departments effectively manage their walk-in traffic and track event attendees.

The Desktop Services comprise of activities and tools that provide end user device support to staff and faculty for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.

File Collaboration and Sharing includes technologies and tools that enable users to easily store and share files.

Message Center provides campus departments a secure way to communicate with their constituents and a central repository for campus FAQs to help users easily find answers to common questions.
